Day One
Morning
Biddenden Vineyards and Cider Works Kent's oldest commercial Vineyard and Cider Works.
Enjoy a tranquil walk through 22 acres of vines; visit our winery, following which we invite you to taste our products. We have a number of award winning wines here for you to sample: white, red and rosé wines and our quality sparkling wine.
For the cider drinker we produce traditional strong Kentish still ciders, including our famous Monks Delight Mulling Cider and Special Reserve, a cider made in oak whisky casks.
Children and drivers are not forgotten, we offer you tastings of our pure, farm pressed apple juice. Our shop stocks a selection of local and regional products, including preserves, mustards, chutneys etc.
Teas and coffees are served daily.
Lunch
Chapel Down Winery - Visit the beautiful home of England's premier wine producer. Our Wine and Fine Food Store features the very best of English food and drink.
As well as our full range of Chapel Down Wines we have a large cheese counter plus smoked meat and fish, gourmet products of all kinds, beers and liqueurs. All our guests are invited to sample our award winning wines in store or as part of a guided tour of the vineyard and winery. Guided tours for groups are also available by prior arrangement. Afternoon
Godinton House and Gardens is set in a beautiful 18th century landscaped park. The fascinating house, home to the Toke family who over four hundred years carefully added to the original house, is an intriguing blend of 17th and 18th century architecture and design with the medieval Great Hall at its centre.
The rooms of contrasting styles and décor are fully furnished with magnificent carving, panelling, furniture, pictures and porcelain.

Enjoy dinner at the Wife of Bath, a restaurant with rooms situated in the medieval village of Wye in the heart of rural Kent.
