For your convenience, car parking is available around the centre and is well signposted, with over 130 disabled and mother/child spaces.

Parking £1 for four hours, £10 thereafter, free parking after 6pm weeknights.

Campervans, Motor homes and Caravans are welcome, however it is advised that due to the tight turning on the exit road that Caravans park in the overflow car park adjacent to ASDA. Please be aware that Ashford Designer Outlet has a height restriction of 3.8 meters, and any large vehicels will have to pay for the total number of parking bays they occupy.

 In addition to a safety-approved play area at the centre, there's also a whole host of activities happening all year round to keep the kids entertained - including face painters, craft workshops, magic and balloon modeling. See the Events page for more details.

 All McArthurGlen Designer Outlets are wheelchair-friendly, with fully equipped disabled toilets and easy access to all the shops and designated disabled car spaces.Wheelchairs are available for loan - please ask at Customer Information for details or call 01233895900 for more details and to pre-book.

If you find an item of lost property when visiting us please hand it into the Customer Information Desk. Alternatively, if you have lost something at the Outlet, please call us on +44 (0)1233 89 5900 or speak to the Customer Information Desk.

We will keep lost property for three months, if the items are not collected after three months, we will donate them to charity.

 VAT refunds are at the individual store's discretion. Each will operate their own system - just ask in stores for details.
