Parking

For your convenience, ample car parking is available in various locations around the centre and is well signposted. The car park charges are:

• 0 - 4 hours: £1.00
• All day: £10.00
• Free after 6pm weekdays

Family Facilities

In addition to a safety-approved play area at the centre, there's also a whole host of activities happening all year round to keep the kids entertained - including clowns, face painters, puppet shows and character appearances.

Special Needs

All Designer Outlets are wheelchair-friendly, with fully equipped disabled toilets and easy access to all the shops. Wheelchairs are available for loan - please ask at the Customer Information Desk for details.

Customer Information Desk

The Customer Information Desk will give you all the help you need on any issue, including transport, accommodation and special needs. Designer Outlet gift cards are also available here.

Group Bookings

When you book a group visit to our Designer Outlet, everyone in your group is eligible for a special 10% Discount Card, for selected stores that day.  To make an enquiry or to book, click here.

Tax-free Shopping

VAT refunds are at the individual store's discretion. Each will operate their own system - just ask in stores for details.

Gift Cards

£5 and £10 Designer Outlet gift cards make a great gift. You can buy them at the Customer Information Desk and they can be used in any store.
