 The Tenant Liaison Officer will liaise with tenants and key construction staff regarding the construction works and tenant needs, to ensure a safe and secure environment, ensuring communication is maintained between contractor and tenants at all times. Main duties will include: Working with ALA and McArthurGlen to liaise and consult with tenants and explain the nature of the intended works and receive tenant feedback. Maintain good relationships with tenants and construction team and resolve any issues to a satisfactory conclusion. Produce correspondence to advise tenants of planned works important dates. Participate in team meetings and communicate work schedules to tenants and take meeting minutes. Actively promote and demonstrate a commitment to the 'considerate contractors' scheme.
